How to wear it

• Cleanse your skin thoroughly: it must be clean, dry, and free of oils or creams.
• If desired, apply your favorite nipple covers.
• Cut the desired length of tape to suit your look.
• Apply by pulling slightly upward or sideways to achieve the desired effect.
• Press to secure the tape to the skin.
• Tip: Apply the tape at least 30 minutes before getting dressed for best adhesion.

Removal Instructions

• Remove slowly, pulling downward, not sideways.
• To reduce sensitivity, you can lightly moisten the tape before removing.
• Do not use on irritated or broken skin.
