Right of Withdrawal

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied of the order, you can exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

 

The Right of Withdrawal may be exercised by the consumer without any penalty and without specifying the reason, and within 14 days from receipt of articles ordered on superintimo.it filling out the return form in its entirety and send an e-mail to resi@superintimo.it, or by registered letter to addressed:

The Right of Withdrawal may be exercised if the following conditions:

 

1. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;

Delivery will be refused and sent back the parcel to the sender if  has not exercised the Right of Withrawal by sending the completed Return Form.
